THE TARGET - Terramentals aim to steal a British Royal Navy submarine, to destroy oil wells in the North Sea, by way of drawing attention to the manifold oil discharges, and their unlawful detention, as legitimate conservation protestors.

Lord Byron Gideon Everington is a ruthless oil investors, owner and operator of several rigs and refineries in the United Kingdom and overseas, most especially the North Sea who gets where he is by cutting corners and greasing palms. Also a major political contributor to the Conservative Party of yore, the "Iron Byron" makes such campaign payments to ensure nobody rocked his boat on his rise to power, and paid for peerage - that raised a lot of eyebrows in the media and House of Commons.

But all that changes with the landslide Labour win in 2024 and the rise of UK Reform in 2025 spearheaded by Nigel Farage. When awkward questions are asked about pollution from leaks and the morals of dishing out honours in return for contributions to party funds. The problem being for 'Iron Byron' being that Labour are opposed to continued drilling and exploration licences, a stance that UK Reform are likely to echo as wind and solar energy bite deep into the energy market. Making oil and uncompetitive fossil fuels, that can no longer be tolerated in terms of climate change and global warming hard to justify.

As unrest becomes an issue with protests in London, outside the Houses of Parliament, 'Iron Byron' bribes the Metropolitan police, under the command of 'Dirty Harry,' to arrest and frame up the peaceful protestors, to set an example to other would-be activists, not to mess with big business. While the Tories are in power. This is called "Noble Cause Corruption," in the judicial system and constabularies all over England, Wales and even Scotland.

Lord Everington's other aliases include: 'The Baron' and 'Black Gold.' He was a master mason at a prominent lodge in the City of London for many years, distancing himself from direct involvement, but maintaining ties with former associates. Including judges, police and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).

Lord Byron Gideon Everington earned a host of nicknames that encapsulates his cunning, dominance, and ruthless dealings in the oil industry:

"The Revenant" – A man who always resurfaces after scandal, unscathed and stronger.

"Black Tide" – A poetic nod to oil spills and the power he wields over the industry.

"The Lord of Crude" – A wry title referencing both his aristocratic status and his grip on petroleum wealth.

"Gilded Gideon" – A nickname laced with irony, hinting at corruption under a polished veneer.

"Iron Byron" – Suggesting resilience, uncompromising strategy, and an unyielding drive for profit.

"King Neptune’s Curse" – A dramatic twist, positioning him as a force of destruction within the oceanic domain.

"Golden Byron" – A subtle jab at hidden wealth, linking him to offshore accounts and buried treasures.

"Deepwell" – A metaphor for his ability to tap into vast reserves of wealth and secrets.

"The Broker" – Cold, transactional, and always playing the long game.

OPERATION NEPTUNE CAST:

In the John Storm series of ocean awareness adventures, extreme activists use their Predator HK to steal an Astute class submarine, belonging to the British Royal Navy. The anti global warming terrorists plan to steal US and Soviet submarines, as part of their agenda to prove the futility of all out thermonuclear annihilation. Using their own illegal, weapons against the perpetrators of what they see as crimes against humanity.

In this fictional John Storm adventure, the Astute submarine commandeered, develops radiation leaks, making the vessel dangerous to life in the ocean, and eventually, those submariners operating the vessel, adding to the list of complaints of the Terramentalists.
