THE TARGET - Terramentals aim to steal a British Royal Navy submarine, to destroy oil wells in the North Sea, by way of drawing attention to the manifold oil discharges, and their unlawful detention, as legitimate conservation protestors.

In this fictional adventure, George Franks is able to assist John for the second time, the first being when the Captain was accused of stealing Sir Henry Morgan's Spanish, Aztec gold.

In this adventure he acts like a prosecutor, helping John to present the facts about the Terramentals being framed, prosecuted and wrongfully imprisoned. Even being innocent, when it came to proving their innocence - having to resort to stealing an Astute submarine.

George Franks is the family solicitor and trust manage for Professor Douglas Storm. He is a highly qualified barrister and great friend of Professor Douglas Storm. Helping him with all aspects of managing his inventions, and going off-grid.

George recognises the particular talents of the Professor's nephew, John Storm, who they both recognise as having particular skills and interests, that they believe will make him a formidable Captain of the Elizabeth Swann.

Franks knows Douglas is a millionaire design genius, inventor of the ARK and HAL AI.  And that the Professor becomes a marked man, the moment he develops HAL's compact mainframe, to be self-learning, and evolving artificially intelligent computer, that he refuses point blank to allow the Australian and AUKUS members, sight of.

George suggest that Douglas Storm should go off grid. Where he might continue to develop many of his designs at Nelson's Cove on the east coast of Australia.

George knew John's father; the Professor's brother. Beaumont Storm, a chemical entrepreneur, mainly in the construction industry, where his knowledge of chemistry was useful, in formulating a building material that was rot and fireproof.

You might imagine how the disappearance the Professor got a few alarm bells ringing, concerning the high speed submarine, to chase and sink Russian and Chinese submarines. Foul play is suspected. A view, still in the back corridors of George's mind. Should any proof surface at any time.

In the John Storm series of ocean awareness adventures, the extreme activists use their Predator HK to steal an Astute class submarine, belonging to the British Royal Navy. The anti global warming terrorists plan to steal US and Soviet submarines, as part of their agenda to prove the futility of all out thermonuclear annihilation. Using their own illegal, weapons against the perpetrators of what they see as crimes against humanity.

In this fictional John Storm adventure, the Astute submarine commandeered, develops radiation leaks, making the vessel dangerous to life in the ocean, and eventually, those submariners operating the vessel, adding to the list of complaints of the Terramentalists.
