THE TARGET - Terramentals aim to steal a British Royal Navy submarine, to destroy oil wells in the North Sea, by way of drawing attention to the manifold oil discharges, and their unlawful detention, as legitimate conservation protestors.

Dale (Henrietta) Julianus, is the exasperated defence barrister for the Terramentals: Redan Zimbdo, Bobby Dallas, Max Mohune, Zera Masken and Zinzi Diana. She knows her clients are innocent, but is powerless to mount a proper defence against evidence tampering on the part of the Metropolitan police and Scotland Yard.

She is also mightily concerned that a Crown Court judge can be bought via the British honours system. Pledging to do what she can to prevent such bribery and conflicts of interests, as she may. As and when the opportunity arises.

When the BBC footage is disclosed, that reveals the scale of the stitch up by Scotland Yard, she raises questions about the Chief Constable; Dirty Harry. Unfortunately, Harold Holland manages to escape scrutiny, as he lays the blame on his subordinates, distancing himself sufficiently to avoid disciplinary action.

So it is that despite ample evidence to the contrary, and obvious inconsistencies in the evidence of Sergeant Scotford, Inspector Flanagan and other arresting officers, including destroying evidence, and arranging for time shifts as to videos, etc., Dale Julianus is powerless to prevent the frame up and subsequent conviction and imprisoonment of five innocent protestors. Thus sewing yet more seeds of discontent in the ranks of environmental protestors.

When the truth is finally revealed, Dale Julianus gives evidence that sinks Padgett Francis KC who is finally prosecuted for his part in the criminal conspiracy, on the testimony of Judge Josephine Cedrics, as she turns states evidence.

That testimony is used to convict Francis for perverting the course of justice during the trial at the Old Bailey. Lord Everington is prosecuted for oil pollution in the North Sea, and bribing an officer of the court, so aiding the crime of perverting the course of justice. Everington plea bargains for a massive fine, to avoid doing prison time, and that is granted. Mainly because the UK needs his oil production - and him at the helm. Corrupt or not.

OPERATION NEPTUNE CAST:

In the John Storm series of ocean awareness adventures, extreme activists use their Predator HK to steal an Astute class submarine, belonging to the British Royal Navy. The anti global warming terrorists plan to steal US and Soviet submarines, as part of their agenda to prove the futility of all out thermonuclear annihilation. Using their own illegal, weapons against the perpetrators of what they see as crimes against humanity.

In this fictional John Storm adventure, the Astute submarine commandeered, develops radiation leaks, making the vessel dangerous to life in the ocean, and eventually, those submariners operating the vessel, adding to the list of complaints of the Terramentalists.
